Craig Anderson
Co-Owner, Residential Solutions
With over 25 years of experience in residential painting, management, and professional sales, Craig has deep roots in Overland Park and the Johnson County community. He holds degrees from Johnson County Community College and Washburn University in Topeka, KS. Living in Overland Park with his wife and daughters, Craig values building strong, reputable relationships with local vendors, contractors, and clients. Outside of work, he enjoys quality time with his family and is proud to contribute to the community.
Coby Feris
Co-Owner, Residential Solutions
Raised in the Johnson County area near Overland Park, Coby has been working as an entrepreneur for over 25 years. He has owned and operated more than three companies and gained immense experience over the years by working in granite fabrication, commercial property service work, and high-rise window cleaning. Coby has spent time at both Central Missouri State University in Warrensburg and the University of Kansas in Lawrence. His experiences at school and in the workforce have brought him a wealth of knowledge in managing projects and full work crews. Residential Solutions has been Coby’s passion for the last 19 years.
